    Donald C. Peterson , CEO, PE LEED® AP, CEM, CBCP  Donald Peterson has over 25 years experience in the MEP & FP consulting engineering field. He is licensed in over 15 states. During his professional career, has developed extensive experience in the field of Engineering. Mr. Peterson strives on reaching clear, realistic solutions through investigation, exploration and analysis of problems. He has broad experience in the consulting engineering field and is experienced in the disciplines of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, security, lighting, and data communications, energy management, building commissioning and LEED AP services. He part of many organizations such as NFPA, ASHRAE, PADI, IEEE, ASPE, NCEES & many more.

Krzysztof (Chris) Wynimko  Senior Mechanical Engineer  Chris Wynimko has studied at the Technical University of Warsaw in Poland. He also studies at the Technical College of Mechanical in Poland. He has gone to multiple seminars regarding different mechanical systems so that he can provide the best system for a particular project. His main role is designing commercial buildings, residential developments, offices, renovated spaces, etc with the correct mechanical systems including equipment, ductwork layout, diffuser layout, dehumidification, ventilation, etc. During the design process Chris studies the proper state & local codes that need to be met in order to obtain permits, etc. During the construction administration phase of projects Chris answers mechanical RFI’s & shop drawings.

He also has obtained his Electrician’s license in the state of CT. Bill has been with Peterson Engineering Group for 8 years now and is head of the electrical department. In total Bill has over 15 years experience in the Electrical field & consulting engineering business. His main role is designing commercial buildings, residential developments, offices, renovated spaces, etc with the correct electrical service, service size, equipment, circuiting, etc. During the design process Bill studies the proper state & local codes that need to be met in order to obtain permits, etc. During the construction administration phase of projects Dave answers electrical RFI’s & shop drawings.

Architectural Engineer

David Kennedy studied Architectural Engineering & received Bachelor of Science in 2011. He also attended school in Boston to continue his studies. David has been with Peterson Engineering Group for 5 years now and is head of the plumbing & fire protection department. His main role is designing commercial buildings, residential developments, offices, renovated spaces, etc with the correct plumbing equipment, piping for plumbing fixtures & designing the sprinkler systems to maintain proper coverage. During the design process Dave studies the proper state & local codes that need to be met in order to obtain permits, etc. During the construction administration phase of projects Dave answers plumbing & sprinkler RFI’s & shop drawings.

Matthew Fortune  Fire Alarm Engineer  Matt Fortune studied drafting and graduated from Porter & Chester. He has been with Peterson Engineering Group for one year but has over 10 years experience in drafting MEP & FP services.  Matt mainly designs and drafts the fire alarm systems and works with the electrical engineer as well. His main duties include the design of fire alarm system and drafting electrical services with the electrical engineer.

Matthew Fortune
Fire Alarm Engineer

Matt Fortune studied drafting and graduated from Porter & Chester. He has been with Peterson Engineering Group for one year but has over 10 years experience in drafting MEP & FP services.

Matt mainly designs and drafts the fire alarm systems and works with the electrical engineer as well. His main duties include the design of fire alarm system and drafting electrical services with the electrical engineer.

Catherine Trowbridge  Administration  Catherine has been with Peterson Engineering Group for the 8 years. Her main role in the company is administration tasks but she also does the book keeping and she does drafting as well. Catherine is the main person in the company who answers phones, filing, receives shop drawings & rfi’s to log in, distribute and send out responses. She also sets up the projects and updates the projects when we receive updated files from the architect. She helps each discipline with drafting as needed. She also handles book keeping information so she is available to answer questions in this area as well.

In the time that Ms. Lasota has been here she has already acquired knowledge in the energy incentive programs in order to provide efficient lighting, heating & cooling systems & fixture for buildings & our clients.
